Membership Info

If you are interested in becoming a member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Boston Chapter, you must live in any city/town in Massachusetts (except Newton, where there is another Jack and Jill chapter), have African American children between the ages of two (2) and nineteen (19) and be sponsored by two members of the chapter. You will be invited to attend a meeting where pertinent information, such as the specific criteria, qualifications, cost, selection process, and other information will be discussed. This meeting is usually held once a year in November.

Recommendations for membership are made only through local chapters. Please note that each chapter will assess their membership needs accordingly. An individual meeting all requirements and qualifications must then be approved by chapter vote to complete the selection process. After the process is completed and the chapter has voted to accept a new member, the prospective mother will be invited to join the chapter.

To begin the membership process, we will need some information from you.
